Ovih dana smo stalno u potrazi za dobrim receptima za koktele koje možemo pripremiti kod kuće. Jedan takav pronašle smo i na blogu Sideshow Pete koji je u cijelosti posvećen koktelima. Zove se The Garden Sour, a uključuje bazgu, ananas, grenadin, limun i, naravno gin. Tu je i pjenica od bjelanjka, a kako napraviti ovo genijalno piće pogledajte u nastavku i ne dajte da vas zbune neobične količine, to su samo unce preračunate u grame.

In the last days of spring, we bring you this fantastic sipper. The Garden Sour. This drink is very loosely based on an Aviation, but in place of luxardo we added pineapple, grenadine, lemon, and egg white. This creates a very drinkable experience while blending nicely with the gin and elderflower. In the end, the whole experience leaves your mouth feeling rich, refreshed, and wanting more. Mix one up and enjoy! ⠀ .⠀ 🌼🌿 Garden Sour 🥚🍸⠀ 1.5 Gin ⠀ 0.75 Elderflower Liqueur ⠀ 2 oz Pineapple Juice ⠀ 1 oz Lemon Juice (juice of 1 lemon appx)⠀ 0.75 oz Grenadine ⠀ 1 Egg White ⠀ 2 dashes lavender bitters⠀ .⠀ Separate the egg and prepare egg white before starting, you'll need it quickly. In a shaker add gin, elderflower, pineapple, lemon, bitters, and grenadine with ice. Shake to chill until the shaker is bone cold. Strain and remove ice, add egg white and reshake until fingers thaw. (20-30 seconds) Strain into glass over large ice and garnish with flowers.

44 ml gina
11 ml likera od bazge
59 ml soka od ananasa
sok jednog limuna
11 ml grenadina
1 bjelanjak
malo bitera od lavande

Priprema

U shaker dodajte gin, liker od bazge, sok od ananasa i limuna, biter, grenadin te led. Tresite dok shaker ne postane jako hladan zatim procijedite led, dodajte bjelanjak i opet tresite oko 20 do 30 sekundi. Procijedite u čašu s ledom u kojem ste (po želji) zamrznuli komadiće voća i cvijeća.
